MARCO'S PIZZA CATERING · LOS ANGELES

Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Marco's Pizza Catering, based at 1200 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015, USA, handles personal data collected through this website. It covers what we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and how you can reach us about it.

It applies to marcos-pizza.website and to the enquiry, quote and booking conversations that start here. It does not cover what a venue, planner or payment provider collects on their own systems while your event is arranged — those organisations answer to their own privacy notices.

Questions about this policy? Call +1-213-555-0427 or email [email protected].

In short: we collect what you type into the enquiry form so we can quote your event, we do not sell it, and you can ask us to correct or delete it. The sections below give the detail.

Information we collect

Two kinds of data arrive here: the details you hand us on purpose, and the basic technical record any web server keeps while it serves a page.

What you send us

When you submit the enquiry form, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number if you supply one, event date, venue, and guest count. We also receive any message you include, and any dietary notes or timing constraints you choose to add.

What the server records

Our web server may log standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visited. These logs help us keep the site loading and spot abuse; they are not used to build a profile of you.

What we do not ask for

We do not ask for payment card numbers, government identification, or health information through this site. If your event needs that handled, we will say so in writing and use a separate, secure channel before anything is shared.

How we use your information

We use your details to respond to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and coordinate your event if you book. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we will.

In practice that means your name and event details are read by the people who build your quote and run the truck on the day. Guest counts and venue addresses get passed to the crew scheduled for your date, because they need to know how much dough to ferment and where to park. Nothing beyond that leaves the team.

We keep enquiry conversations separate from any marketing list. There is no newsletter sign-up attached to the form, so asking for a quote will not add you to one.

Where your details go

  • Quote and booking coordination
  • Event-day logistics for the crew assigned to your date
  • Accounting records when an event is invoiced
  • Not sold, rented, or traded to anyone

Cookies and analytics

This site may use cookies to keep the site working correctly and to understand how visitors use it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Strictly necessary cookies keep the enquiry form submitting and the page layout stable. Anything beyond that — measuring which pages visitors reach before they enquire — is optional, and the consent banner in the corner of the screen is where you accept or refuse it. Refusing does not block the site.

Read the Cookie Policy

Necessary

ALWAYS ON

Keeps the enquiry form working and remembers your cookie choice so the banner does not reappear on every page.

Analytics

OPT IN

Shows us which event pages and packages people read before they get in touch, so we can improve the ones that matter.

Third-party embeds

OPT IN

Any embedded map or video on this site can set its own cookies once it loads. These stay off until you allow them.

Sharing and disclosure

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the site or communicate with you, and only to the extent needed. That includes the hosting provider that stores the site, the email service that delivers your enquiry, and our accounting software when an event is invoiced. Each of them acts on our instructions.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights. That could mean responding to a valid court order, a tax or licensing request, or a safety issue on an event day. If a request arrives, we check it is properly issued before we hand anything over.

We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to other caterers, venues or marketing lists.

Data retention

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to respond and, if you book, for the period required to manage the event and meet our accounting obligations. After that, records are deleted or anonymized.

STAGE 1

While the enquiry is live

Your form entry, our replies and any revised quote sit in the mailbox and booking folder until you book or tell us you are not proceeding.

STAGE 2

If you book

Event details, the confirmed headcount and the invoice are held for the period our accounting obligations require, then archived out of the live system.

STAGE 3

Once that passes

Records are deleted, or stripped of anything that identifies you and kept only as anonymous counts for planning. Server logs roll off on a shorter cycle of their own.

Your rights

You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We will respond within a reasonable period.

Tell us which email address or phone number you used on the form and roughly when you sent it — that is usually enough for us to find the right record without asking you for extra information.

Access

Ask for a copy of what we hold about you and we will describe it in plain terms, including where it came from and who we shared it with.

Correction

Wrong phone number, changed venue, updated headcount — tell us and we will fix the record we are working from.

Deletion

Ask us to delete your enquiry and we will, unless we still need the record for an open booking or a legal obligation — and we will tell you which of those applies.

Opt out of contact

Say stop and we stop. We will confirm in writing and close the enquiry unless you tell us to keep it open.

If we change how we handle personal data, this page is updated and the date at the top of the sheet changes with it. Questions that are not about privacy — menus, dates, travel to your venue — belong on the contact page.

Contact

For privacy questions or requests, call or write to us. Privacy requests are handled by the same small team that answers event enquiries, so you will get a person, not a ticket number.
