Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Marco's Pizza Catering website at marcos-pizza.website. By using the site, you agree to them. The site is operated by Marco's Pizza Catering, 1200 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles, CA 90015, USA.

Applies to everyone who visits marcos-pizza.website, reads our service pages, or sends us an inquiry about catering in Los Angeles.

Does not cover the separate written quote and deposit agreement that applies once you book a specific event with us.

Questions about a clause? Call us during business hours and we will walk through it with you.

What this page covers

The terms below describe how the website works, what you can expect from the information published here, and what happens when you send us an inquiry. Catering itself is arranged separately: every event is quoted in writing, and the quote is the document that carries the confirmed menu, headcount, timing, and price.

We keep these terms short on purpose. If a sentence is unclear, call our booking line and ask before you rely on your own reading of it.

Use of the site

What you may do here, and what we ask you not to do.

You may use this site to learn about our catering services and to submit inquiries. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use automated tools to extract content without permission.

In practice that means: read the service pages, check the menu and package descriptions, and send us the details of your event through the contact page. Please do not run scrapers against the site, hammer the inquiry form with test submissions, or copy our service descriptions and menu text onto another website without asking first.

What is fine

Browsing, printing a page for your own planning, sharing a link with your event committee, or quoting a sentence or two with a link back to us.

What is not

Copying our photographs, text, or branding into your own commercial materials, reselling our menu descriptions, or interfering with the site's normal operation.

If you need permission for something that is not listed here, ask us in writing before you use the material. We answer permission requests during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Content and accuracy

We aim to keep the information on this site accurate, including service descriptions, menu details, and process explanations. Catering services are customized per event, and final details, including pricing and availability, are confirmed in a written quote rather than on these pages.

Menu pages describe the style of food we bring to an event and the range of options we normally offer. They are a starting point for your planning, not a fixed price list. Availability depends on the date, the size of your party, the travel distance within Los Angeles, and what our kitchen can prep for that day.

Described on the site
The kind of event we cater, how the mobile oven setup works, the toppings and menu styles we cook, and the general booking steps.
Confirmed only in a quote
Your exact package, guest count, serving window, travel arrangements, price, and the date we hold for you.
What may change
Seasonal ingredients, minor menu wording, and the layout of this site. We may update pages without notice, and the version you are reading applies at the time you use the site.
How to flag an error
If something on a page looks wrong or out of date, tell us through the contact page and we will check it against our current service information.

Inquiries and quotes

Submitting an inquiry does not create a booking. A booking exists only once we confirm availability and you pay the agreed deposit. Quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote itself.

Because the whole sequence matters, here is how it actually runs from the moment you send us an event date to the moment your date is locked in.

  1. 1.

    You send the event details

Date, venue or neighborhood, approximate guest count, and the kind of event. The more precise the headcount, the more precise our reply. An inquiry is a request for information, and it costs you nothing.

  2. 2.

We check the date and reply

We confirm whether the date is open and send a written quote covering the package, serving window, travel, and price. The quote states how long it stays valid, so you know how much time you have to decide.

  3. 3.

You accept and pay the deposit

Once you accept the quote and the deposit clears, the date is held for your event and the details in that quote become the agreement between us. Until then, the date stays open to other bookings.

  4. 4.

    Changes before the event

Guest counts and timings can usually be adjusted up to the date agreed in your quote. Anything that changes cost or service scope is confirmed in writing, so neither side is working from a phone call alone.

Quotes, deposits, and date holds are handled through our booking team.

Where the food actually happens

Our oven travels to your venue. What you read on this site describes the service; the quote describes your event.

Intellectual property

The text, images, and branding on this site belong to Marco's Pizza Catering unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce them for commercial use without written permission.

That covers our service descriptions, menu wording, process explanations, photographs of our oven and events, and the Marco's Pizza Catering name and marks. It does not cover facts you are free to use — you can always tell people that we cater pizza on site, and you can link to any page here without asking.

If you are a venue, planner, or photographer who wants to feature our service, write to us and describe how the material would be used. Most reasonable requests are easy to approve.

Limitation of liability

We provide this website on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

In plain terms: if the site is briefly offline, if a page contains an outdated menu detail, or if you rely on a description here instead of your written quote, we are not responsible for the resulting inconvenience or cost. The quote and the event agreement govern the service itself.

Nothing in these terms removes rights you hold under California law that cannot be waived by agreement.

How we handle personal information you send through the site is described separately in our Privacy Policy, and browser storage is covered in the Cookie Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes relating to the site fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Los Angeles County.

We would rather resolve a disagreement directly. If you have a concern about the site or about a booking, contact us first and give us a chance to look into it. Many issues turn out to be a misunderstanding about what the website describes versus what a written quote confirmed.

If a clause in these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms still apply. We may update these terms as the site changes; the date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.

Questions the terms answer most often

Does sending an inquiry hold my date? open

No. An inquiry starts a conversation. Your date is held only after we confirm availability and the agreed deposit is paid, which is why we send a written quote with a validity period rather than promising a date on the spot.

Why is there no price on the menu pages? pricing

Because catering is priced per event. Guest count, travel within Los Angeles, serving window, and the package you choose all move the number. Publishing a single figure would be misleading, so the price lives in your quote where it can reflect your actual event.

Can I reuse your photos on my venue's website? permissions

Ask first. Our photographs and service descriptions belong to us and cannot be reused commercially without written permission. Email us with the page you want to use and how it would be credited, and we will reply during business hours.

What happens if a menu detail on the site is out of date? accuracy

The written quote always takes precedence over the website. If you spot something that looks wrong, tell us through the contact page and we will correct the page. Seasonal ingredients and menu wording can change between events.

Do these terms cover the catering service itself? scope

They cover the website. The service you buy is described in your quote and the event agreement that follows it, including timings, staffing, equipment, and the deposit arrangement for your specific date.
